Concrete Polishing
Performing a multi-step process on bare concrete to give a natural and glossy finish. Starting with heavy diamond cutters to prep the concrete, we work our way up to 3000 hybrid cutters if desired. Every step improves the glossy finish from the step before, allowing options of sheen from low to high gloss. After the final polishing step is complete, a coating of clear sealer is applied to seal pores and protect concrete from further moisture, oil, grease, and chemical penetration.
Traffic & Safety Lines
Traffic and safety lines can be applied over epoxy or polished concrete. If safety and accident reduction are your top priority, consider the following. We use a fast curing Urethane high guard coat mixed with high visibility pigment for our application. The lines applied range from 2 to 4 inches in width. The most common colors used are Topai Green, Safety Yellow, and Tile Red. Our traffic will guide and separate foot traffic from machinery paths. Can also be used to separate work areas from one another.
Epoxy Flooring
A two part resin bonding system(highest strength in resin industry). Designed for a more affordable yet durable floor coating. Already established in commercial and industrial applications, epoxy is becoming more popular for residential uses as well. Excellent for repairs due to its ability to bond to dissimilar materials. Improves the lifetime of your floors. Floors coated in epoxy are easier to clean and maintain as they are tough and resistant to oil, grease, heat and chemicals.
Decorative Flooring
Flakes added over epoxy coats add texture and depth to your facilities floor. Made from polyester resin or quartz. They give the benefits of added protection, appearance, and traction. A final clear coat is applied over for added protection.
Expansion Joint Filling
The expansion joints from bare concrete should be filled before applying epoxy or polishing it. It’s not recommended to let epoxy fill into the joints before applying filler.
